Campus Health Facilities — See the Healthcare Pest Reference

A university hospital or licensed clinic is a healthcare facility first. Depending on the facility, its pest control requirements may come from the CMS Conditions of Participation (for Medicare- and Medicaid-certified providers), its accrediting organization, and state licensing rules; these are mapped on the companion Healthcare Pest Reference. This reference does not duplicate them.

Student health centers vary. The University of Utah's student health center is accredited by AAAHC, according to the university. Utah State University's student health and wellness center has been managed by Intermountain Health since July 2023. Weber State University's student healthcare is delivered through Ogden Clinic. Whether a given center holds a state facility license was not established for this page.
